7. FOOD
Did you know that meal times are usually European-style?
In Ecuador, as in many Latin American countries, meal times are usually European: breakfast around 7 am, lunch from 12 pm and dinner between 7 and 9 pm (dinner here is called snack).
The meal begins: a starter soup or broth and a main course consisting of white rice and a piece of meat (chicken, beef, pork) or there is also a vegetarian or vegan option. Fried foods are abundant in the country, as well as healthy foods too.
Ecuador being a tropical country, you can enjoy juices (made with water) and smoothies (with milk) of the most varied and tasty fruits.
8. WITH CHILDREN IN ECUADOR
