This tour offers a variety of activities that are full of emotion and adrenaline, combined with a stay on our comfortable hostel, which is close to everything.

We'll start with a canyoning tour in the beautiful Chamana waterfall on day 1. Day 2 will be filled with adventure, starting with rafting in the morning, then to do a zip lining tour in Puntzan.

Tourplan / Reisschema

Day 1

1. Check in: 12 pm at Santa Cruz Backpackers Hostel.

2. Tour Canyoning Chamana:

Be prepared to rappel, swim, slide, jump and walk your way through this unique natural environment.
We leave the Geotours office at 14:30 toward the Chamana waterfall, on a 15 minutes ride with a wonderful view.
Upon arrival our instructor gives a comprehensive safety and instruction briefing and then we begin with our first rappel of 15 meters, continue along the barrel and then take another exciting rappel of 15 meters.
Then we will take some small jumps and we will slip down a natural rock slide.
Rappel from the top of the falls to the 6 meter mark, where you will then rappel into a deep pool of clear, clean water.
Our journey ends with a 40 meters rappel
Your renewed energy will give you what it takes to enjoy all the nighttime fun Baños has to offer!
Return to Geotours office on our comfortable van.
Geotours Adventures will always leave you with memories to last a lifetime!

Day 2

1. Rafting Tour:

Depart the Geotours office and relax in our comfortable van for the 40 minute scenic drive to our put-in location at the edge of the river.
Gear up and chat with your rafting mates while our certified guides prepare for their 30 minute safety briefing that will follow for all participants.
Once we get into the river you will experience the thrills of big water and incredible views of the unspoiled environment around you for approximately 1 hour 30min.
Our van will meet you at the take-out location and bring you to a nearby restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious meal made especially for our group!
Departure: 9:00
Return to Geotours office: 14:30

2. Check out is done right before you are ready to go for the last tour on day 2. You can leave your luggage at the hostel while you do Zip Line.

3. Zip Line Tour:

Only 15 minutes from the center of Baños lies the Canopy of Puntzan, located on the hillside of the Tungurahua Volcano. Fly through the air on a series of 6 cables totaling 2000 meters in length and experience the canopy like no other. Built by internationally certified installers, this zip line is maintained and reviewed daily to guarantee the safety of its participants.
Discover views of the cloud forest as previously only seen by native birds as you experience the freedom of soaring through the canopy, enjoying  the expansive views and scenery that surrounds you.

Return to Geotours office: 18:00
